He has been employed Onomichi Dockyard Co., Ltd for 24 years since 1999 and has worked in the Management of Hull Block Construction section for 3 years, Management of Outfitting Fabrication section for 5 years, Technical Advisor at CDPLC for 2 years, Management of Hull Block fabrication at Mukaishima factory for 5 years, Management of Hull Erection section for 6 years and General Manager of Hull Department for 3 years up to this appointment.
