Mr. Kobatake holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Architecture from Tokai University, Japan. He has held several managerial positions in Onomichi Dockyard Co. Ltd, Japan from his first appointment in 1989 to date. He has been appointed as the Managing Director of Onomichi Dockyard Co. Ltd, Japan in 2018.
